Our Process
Building a new house is complex, whether it is on the Fleurieu Peninsular or in the Adelaide Metro area. You can rely on us to make the design and installation of your kitchen the easiest part of your new construction project. As soon as the plans for your home have been drawn up, we can start designing and building your new kitchen.
Step 1: Design Inspired
Regarding your kitchen design, there is no limit to what we can do. From Hettich kitchen accessories to kitchen materials from respected names like Caesarstone, Consentino Dekton, Laminex and Polytec, we have plenty of quality options available. If you can dream it, we can make it happen.
Discuss your ideas with our designers, and we will help you sort out the practical aspects. For example, the number of sinks, types of appliances, and amount of counter space will influence the construction process. Ergonomic layout to suit the individual client plays a large roll in design including spaces between benches, heights of bench to name just a couple of aspects, so your input is vital. The more specific you are with us during this phase of discussing design preferences, budget, aesthetics, lighting, and the materials you would like to use, the shorter and more effective the design phase will be.
Step 2: Design Consultation
During phase one, we created a framework of what your ideal kitchen would look like. Now, it’s time to put it all together.
At our showroom, we will take your mood board, appliance wish list, sketches, etc., and the construction plans for your home and systematically create a process to make your dream kitchen a reality.
Does your new home design include additional storage areas, like laundry, vanities, linen closets, TV cabinets, or robes? Tell us about it. Step 3: Concept Estimate and Revisions
Now, the real fun begins! We will take all of the information garnered during the inspiration and design phase and create a 3D concept, giving you a visible representation of how your new kitchen could look.
We will provide you with an estimated cost. Then we work with you on any revisions that you would like to see.
Step 4: Site Check, Measure and Final Run-Through
Once the framing of your new home is complete and the plumbing and electricity have been roughed in, we will visit the site to take measurements to ensure that all sizes and service points match your construction plans. We will update our design based on the reality on the ground and do a final run-through with you.
Your new kitchen design team will review the plans with you before you sign off on the project. We want to ensure that you thoroughly understand every detail included in the plans and your quote.
